awwwww cute tree!!! (bigger than ours)
you know what you gotta do?
I decided last year`: no presents, except for my daughter.
All Xmas cards online , which cost me nofing and provide enterteinment,
I have to say: there was no Xmas spirit when I went out on friday...
last year this time LOndon was full of smiley people wishing you good hols...
so, you are not the only one.
I don't envy your going to Scotland though, I m starting another cold right now...

Hope you have a great time with your family,
:)

see you on *the other side*!

It's v. necessary to have drinks at an airport. Sure, they cost thrice as much as anywhere else but they really help pass the time and make people-watching so much more entertaining.

Safe travels! I'll be drinking whiskey and playing uke the 27th chez MT.
I was rubbish with the Christmas cards this year... last year I had a list and sent them all with plenty of time to spare. This year, I did it from memory and left lots of people out. An excuse to get in touch with them in the New Year... at least that's how I'm looking at it :-) Online cards in 2009 sound like a plan.
Drinks at the airport is necessary to help calm the nerves in advance of getting into a small jet and flying out of London City Airport... water on three sides of the runway.
Are you the one who posted that photo? Scared me!
aughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Have one on me, well. I'd buy you one if I were there, anyway.
My God....
I was gonna make a joke about being posh with the drinks at the airport lounge....
now I am in debt with you, as I know to try avoid flying from there...
I'm a very experienced traveller, but, to be honest, after the few last events in Brazil, I'm not as calm as I used to be when flyng...

that is an amazing photo, btw....
is that yours or you got it from the web?
Not my photo... my eyes are usually screwed shut on approach to London City. Someone much braver than I took the pic - good though, isn't it?
LOL
yes, amazing image!
